日本株式会社爱德万测试是半导体测试系统的企业,于2005年7月6日发布了一种新的便携式频谱分析仪U3771(频率达到31.8 GHz)/U3772(频率达到43 GHz),在同类频谱仪中体积zui小,重量zui轻,并可使用电池操作,可以测量人造卫星之间及手机基站间的微波和毫米波信号。
第3代手机服务正以世界性的规模扩大中,因此基站的支持网络也在加速扩大。这些基站的天线要设置在zui精确的角度,以便精确地转换信号。此外, 因为20 GHz – 30 GHz 的微波带传送有可能被物理障碍物屏蔽,所以大量的基站设置在高层建筑的屋顶或山顶等高处。为了进行这些基站的设置、检查和维护,要求频谱仪具有体积小,重量轻,便携式的特点。
Advantest新的便携式频谱分析仪U3771 / U3772的大小为308 cm (W) x 175 (H) x 209 (D) ,重量低于6 kg,是世界上zui小的可测量9 KHz – 31.8 / 43 GHz的频谱仪。由于开发了新的输入电路方式,体积只有R3182的1/2。为了适合野外操作,U3771 / U3772 既可以用AC/DC电源操作,也可以用长达2个小时的电池操作。此外预热时间缩短到5分钟,约为旧机型的1/6,使技术人员可以快速、高效地完成工作。
日本爱德万Advantest U3771,U3772频谱分析仪实现了小型化,轻量化,设计精巧,具有值得夸耀的完备的测试功能,包括通道功率、频率、邻信道功率、占有带宽的测试。此外,更具有高速采样功能,把测量再现性提高到 0.01 dB,由此,可以和信号分析仪一样完成以前需要功率计完成的功率测量。而且,由于配备了高感应度输入功能 (<-117 dBm @ 34 GHz: Typ)能够捕捉到非常微弱的信号,使得在屋内屋外各种条件下都能实现测量。U3771 / U3772日本爱德万Advantest频谱分析仪具有 LAN 端口,也有GB-IB接口,测试数据可以很容易地传到计算机中进行数据管理。

INSTALLER FORMAT; INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT
The sample software is for use with the measuring instruments above on the Windows XP or Windows 2000 platforms. For your reference, the sample software available may include a basic instruction manual (English versions may not be available for all sample software). Advantest provides the sample software in the following three formats and packages:

Standalone Installer
The sample software contains a standalone installer. The software can be installed and used immediay. The sample software may also include the source code. The source code can be verified with Microsoft Visual Basic.
Visual Basic Source Code (EXE file included)
The sample software can be installed after running Microsoft Visual Basic. This sample software may also come with an EXE file, which can be used to install the software without Microsoft Visual Basic on computers with other installers (e.g. GPIB Remote) already installed.
Excel File Format (MS Visual Basic)
Excel needs to be on your computer to use this format. The sample program can be activated after Excel is loaded.
