复合环境下整车空气质量测试统是上海通用汽车和泛亚汽车技术中心,为了积极应对防止地球变暖、大气环境改善、建立循环型社会等各种环境课题。同时,也在考虑车厢内环境的基础上,推动汽车制造的重要项目。
“整车空气质量测试采样环境舱"是其中的主要组成部分,是国内*台能够同时满足三个VOC标准的采样舱,在整个亚太地区*,*国家环保部制定的车内挥发性有机物和醛酮类物质采样测定方法(HJT400-2007)、日本JAMA及ISO TC146/SC6N标准,并获得国家实用新型及发明。 
Vehicle air quality testing under complex environment system is conducted by Shanghai General Motors for the prevention of global warming, the improvement of atmospheric environmental and the establishment of a recycling society.
Vehicle air quality sample testing cabin provided by Shanghai ESPEC is a signifi cant part of the system which can both meet the 3 VOC standard sample cabin and volatile organic compounds,aldehydes and ketones sample testing system lay down by State Environmental Protection Division(HJT400-2007).It can also meet JAMA as well as ISO TC146/SC6N.The sample testing cabin is one of a kind in Asia-Pacifi c area whhic wins National utility models and patents.

同济大学“985工程"二期建设“城市建设与防灾"科技创新平台的子项目。
本试验系统的建设目标是建成一系列可模拟真实工程结构服役环境的步入型人工复合环境室,为学者或工程师进行环境和荷载耦合作用下的工程结构耐久性能试验提供平台。
“工程结构人工复合环境室"是其中的主要组成部分,包括一般大气环境室、海洋大气环境室、工业大气环境室和综合大气环境室,旨在试验室中模拟和重现真实世界中工程结构的各种服役环境,模拟环境因素主要有:温度、湿度、盐雾、酸雨/淋雨、CO2/SO2/H2S/HCl气体、局部强风、光照(包括红外灯、紫外灯、氙灯)。

爱斯佩克ESPEC步入式恒温恒湿室性能特点

*的试验室库房 Distinctive storeroom of chambers

由自制的库房板组合拼装而成;试验室的大小、形状随意可变,采用现场拼装方式;便于运输、搬入、搬迁、拼缝使用日本进口硅橡胶作为密封、收缩基材。自制库房板采用框架式,内胆外壳钢板嵌入框架、发泡成一体的设计加工工艺,形成的整体具有强度高、密封性强、耐温湿度范围宽、保温性能好、使用寿命长等行业中独到之处(有别于冷库用库房板)。框架使用进口日本爱斯佩克*设计的工程塑料型材,外壳为覆塑冷轧钢板,内胆使用冷轧不锈钢板(SUS304),环保的氨基甲酸乙酯硬质发泡作为保温材料。
The chamber is assembled with self-made storeroom boards. The dimension and shape of it can be changed freely. It is assembled  on site and can 
be transported, carried and relocated conveniently. The special silicon rubber imported from Japan is utilized as the base material for sealing and 
contracting for the assemble seams. The self-made storeroom boards employ the design and processing technology of frame structure, setting steel 
plates into the frame as inner part and outer covering and foaming into a whole body that boasts the distinctive features of high tightness, perfect 
sealing, wide range of temperature and humidity resisting, good warmness reserving and long life etc. of the industry (It is distinguished from the storeroom 
board of the ice house). The engineering plastic sections with distinctive design of Espec imported from Japan are used for the  frame while the outer 
covering utilizes the plastic-covering cold-rolled steel sheet The inner part is made from cold-rolled stainless steel sheet (SUS304). The environment-friendly 
ethyl urethane is foamed as warmness reserving material.


静电容式湿度传感器 Static volume humidity sensor  (Option)
湿度测量突破传统的干湿球测量方式,采用电容测定方式的湿度传感器,不需要湿球纱布,克服了水质对湿度测量的影响,简化了使用程序,提高了产品运行时的可靠性。
The humidity sensor has broken through the traditional method of dry and wet bulb metering and utilizing the method of static v olume determining needs 
no longer wet-bulb gauze and has overcome the defect of the generally poor water quality of China, and has simpli fi ed the procedure and improved 
the reliability in operation.


电子膨胀阀控制技术 Electronic expansion valve control technology
制冷系统采用电子膨胀阀对冷媒的流量和蒸发温度进行控制,通过无级方式控制制冷能力,实现了制冷能力的无级调节,与毛细管的控制方式相比;稳定性强,节能效果明显,温湿度控制更快捷。
The cooling system employs electronic expansion valve to control the  fl ow and evaporative temperature of the cooling medium, and has realized 
stepless regulation of cooling. Compared with capillary control, it is more stable, more energy-ef fi cient and more accurate in controlling temperature 
and humidity.


无霜运行和自动除霜回路,实现低湿度和低温可连续运行
Nonfrosting operation and automatic defrosting loop, continuous operation in low humidity and low temperature.
在相应的试验温(湿)度区间,通过改变冷媒蒸发温度的设计,实现可连续运行。连续低温试验运行时蒸发器结霜,导致试验温度难以维持;通过自动除霜设计,可实现低温试验连续运行。
In the corresponding range of testing temperature (humidity),it can operate continuously through changing the design of the eva porative temperature 
of the cooling medium. The evaporator may be frosted in continuous low-temperature testing operation. In such circumstance it i s dif fi cult to keep the 
testing temperature. With the design of automatic defrosting, continuous low-temperature testing can be realized.

Advanced and convenient P metering devicemetering device
P计测装置配置6.5英寸TFT液晶触摸显示屏,中文彩色显示画面,可进行试验程序设定,程序的编制采用人机对话方式,即使初次使用者亦可无障碍的操作。仅需简单的温湿度值设定便可实现zui为省能源的自动运行模式。后备运行功能可缩短设备的停机时间,减少用户的时间损耗。计装能进行详细的警示、故障内容显示和故障履历管理,为迅速正确处理警示、排除故障提供方便。
定时器功能实现了任意时间内预约自动启动和停止设备运行。
P metering device is equipped with 6.5-inch TFT liquid crystal touch screen, and Chinese color display. Varied testing programs can be set on the device. 
The programs are edited through dialogue mode. Those who use it for the  fi rst time can also operate without any dif fi culties. Automatic operation mode 
that can maximumly save energy will be realized through temperature and humidity value setting. The function of back-up operati on can shorten the 
halting time of the equipments and cut down time consumption for the users. The metering device can give detailed alarm, displa y the content of fault 
and manage the fault records to provide convenience troubleshooting. The timer function brings the pre-set automatic starting and stopping operation 
of the device at any time into reality.

水蒸气分压控制 Water vapor partial pressure control
将水蒸气分压作为参数进行湿度控制,避免了过大的调节幅度和热失控。

The humidity is brought under control by taking vapor partial pressure as parameter, avoiding excessive adjustment margin and therm out of control.


绿色环保 Green environment protection effect
采用对臭氧层破坏系数为零的绿色环保冷媒(HFC)。

This standard adopts cold-producing medium (HFC), which holds the destroying coeffi cient to ozone layer equaling to zero.


无纸记录仪+CF卡+读卡器(标准配置) Paperless recorder + CF card + carder reader (Standard constitu tion)
采用高分辨率的5英寸单色液晶显示器,具有曲线、棒图、数字、总览、历史曲线,一览等多种显示方式。多种数据保存格式和触发功能可以更有效地保存数据,并且通过外部CF卡使数据得到双重保护,即使突然断电,也能对存储数据进行保护;使用操作简便,还可以通过PC对数据进行处理、打印和转换成用户需要的格式。
It utilizes the 5-inch single-color liquid crystal display monitor with high resolution and has multiple display mode containing curve, bar, digital, surf, historical 
curve and list etc. Various kinds of data saving format and touch-off function can more effectively protect the data that can obtain double protection through the external CF card. Though in case of sudden power off, the data in memory can also be protected. It can be conveniently and simply operated and can handle, print the data through PC and switch the format according to the need of the users.

Operation of the chamber can be controlled automatically by setting the testing conditions
只需设定试验条件(温度、湿度、时间等),试验室便可进行自动控制运行,并且始终会以的功率匹配输出追随或维持既定试验条件。即便在试验过程中开闭试验室门或试样发热负荷变化都能以*控制实现快捷的响应。
By setting the testing conditions (temperature, humidity and time etc.), operation of the chambers can be controlled automatica lly. The chamber can pursue or maintain the testing conditions with the most ideal power matching and output. Though the door of the chamber is open ed or closed in the process of chamber, or the heat generating load of the sample changes, it can always respond promptly with the best control.  


交替输出控制降低电力设备的容量(日本)
Alternate output control lowers the capacity of the electric equipment (Patent of Japan)
通过温湿度控制的功率交替输出;降低运行时的zui大电流同时降低对试验室的电力设备容量要求。
Through alternate output of the temperature and humidity control, the maximum current  as well as can be dowered the requirement for capacity of the electric equipment of the chamber.
